Commercial License

This listing includes (1) commercial license.

A commercial license is required if you are wanting to sell transfers of my digital artwork.

By purchasing and obtaining a commercial license from me, you are given the permission to sell an unlimited amount of TRANSFERS using my digital designs/artwork. The commercial license allows transfers to be sold using all of my past, current and future designs. The commercial license will not expire, it is a one-time purchase. 

YOU MAY NOT:

•sell my digital artwork in digital format.

•use my digital artwork in part or in whole to create new digital artwork to sell, share or gift.

•sell, share or gift my digital artwork with anyone who has not paid for said artwork.

•share, sell or gift my artwork with suppliers overseas of foreign to America for any purpose. 

YOU MAY:

•print and sell an unlimited amount of transfers using my digital artwork.

Please note:

This listing only includes a commercial license. Digital designs are NOT included with this commercial license. All digital designs are SOLD SEPARATELY. A commercial license does not permit the selling of my digital artwork in digital form, whether that be AS IS, in part or in whole (to create a new digital artwork for sale) — No digital sales of using my artwork! A commercial license is not required if you are selling a completed, physical product using my digital artwork. For example, cups, t-shirts and/or bags.
